Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are too busy working on your websites or developing your apps, you hardly ever have time to monitor what is going on with the Virtual Private Server – whether it’s overloaded or whether all the tasks are running okay. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we’ll take care of that on your behalf. Your virtual server will be included in the custom server monitoring system and each time there is a sign of a trouble, our server admins will be warned momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Hosting Plan is not the simplest process in this world. You will either need to use a separate server or your desktop computer, or, alternatively resort to some 3rd–party tool. Our company offers a considerably simpler alternative with our Optional Admin Services package. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your VPS server once a week, so you never need to be scared of permanently losing any essential info. And we can always recover a backup copy very fast. All the backups are retained on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to your data, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a practically endless number of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional software apps. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Optional Admin Services offer, which enables you to ask any of our knowledgeable tech support engineers to install any kind of software package and to resolve any trouble that you are having with the Virtual Private Server.
